Return & Refund Policy

I. 14-Day "Cooling-Off" Period for Returns Without Reason (Statutory Right)

EU consumers have the right to cancel orders within 14 days without providing a reason or incurring a penalty.

  • Timing: The period begins on the day the consumer receives the goods; for service orders, it begins on the date the contract is concluded.
  • If the merchant fails to clearly inform the user of their return rights, the cooling-off period is automatically extended by 12 months.
  • 2026 New Regulation: Our store supports the platform's "one-click return" feature; users can submit return requests directly on the order page, simplifying the process without the need for additional review or communication.

II. Requirements for Returned Item Condition

Users may only inspect or try out the product to the extent permitted in a physical store; excessive use, man-made damage, soiling, scratches, or missing accessories are not permitted. Otherwise, the merchant may deduct a depreciation fee based on the extent of the damage or refuse a full refund.

Returned items must remain in a condition suitable for resale, including original packaging, all accessories, free gifts, and intact labels.

III. Refund Timeline and Rules

Upon receiving the return request and verifying the returned package, we will process the refund via the original payment method within 14 calendar days.

  • Full Refund: For compliant returns made within the cooling-off period where the item is in good condition, the full product price and original standard shipping costs will be refunded.
  • No Additional Fees: No handling fees or return service charges apply.
  • Processing Time: The time it takes for funds to reach the user's account depends on the payment channel and bank settlement times, which are beyond our control.

IV. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

  • Returns Without Reason: The consumer bears the return shipping costs; we will clearly indicate the estimated return shipping cost.
  • Quality Issues / Incorrect or Missing Items / Item Not as Described: The merchant bears all shipping costs; the user incurs no charges.

V. Statutory Warranty and After-Sales Service (Rights Regarding Defective Goods)

During the EU statutory warranty period, if a product has quality defects, functional malfunctions, or does not match its description, the user is entitled to the following free remedies:

Priority options: Free repair or free replacement; if repair or replacement is not possible, a partial or full refund may be requested.

EU consumer warranty protection rules apply by default to non-compliant quality issues arising within the first two years after receipt of the goods.

VI. Exempt Categories (EU Statutory Exceptions to "No-Reason" Returns)

The following categories are not eligible for the 14-day "no-reason" return policy, in accordance with EU law:

  • Downloaded or activated digital content, software, and membership services;
  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products;
  • Perishable goods, items nearing expiration, and intimate hygiene products (if unsealed);
  • Sealed goods that cannot be resold after opening;
  • Orders for tickets, hotels, car rentals, or immediate services;
  • Transactions with private sellers (this clause does not apply to orders from this store, which is a business seller).

VII. How to Request a Return

  • Users can initiate a return request with a single click via the order page (in compliance with 2026 EU regulations);
  • Requests to cancel orders or process returns and refunds can also be submitted via customer service email or on-site messaging;
  • The store provides a standard EU withdrawal form that users can fill out and use directly.

VIII. Policy Updates and Jurisdiction

This policy will be adjusted in line with updates to EU consumer regulations and will take effect immediately upon publication. All disputes regarding returns and exchanges are subject to EU consumer protection laws and the regulations of the user's Member State; users retain the statutory right to lodge complaints with local consumer regulatory authorities.
